FAQ

  • What is the return policy?
 If there is a defect or problem with your candles, you may return them for a full refund. If the scent isn't to your liking, you may exchange for a different scent.

     

    • What are the shipping options?

    *First class, priority mail, etc. Make sure to say whether or not you ship internationally.* Ex: You have the choice of first class mail, which takes 3-5 days in the US, or priority mail, which takes 2-3 days in the US. If you are outside of the US, you have the option of first class international which can take up to two weeks, depending on your country. Please allow up to three days for processing. You will be sent an email with tracking once your order is shipped.

    • How do I find out where to buy these candles in person?
    I do local deliveries or candles can be picked up in Anacortes. Also, find us at local makers markets.

      • Are your candles environmentally friendly?

      Yes! They are made using Soy wax sourced in the US, cotton wicks and clean fragrance/essential oils. Glass jar can be reused or recycled. All ingredients are vegan and cruelty-free.
